There were so many new experiences happening at the Disney Parks in 2021. On October 1, 2021, the Walt Disney World Resort hit a major milestone with a celebration of its 50th anniversary.


If you missed the anniversary date, don't fret! Disney will be celebrating this event for a full 18 months - all the way through Spring of 2023.

Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure in Epcot also made its debut at the Walt Disney World Resort on its 50th anniversary.


This attraction, located in the France Pavilion makes guests feel like they have shrunk down to Chef Remy’s size for a 4D culinary adventure.

The Disneyland Resort finally re-opened in April after a year-long closure and guests were so excited for its newest Super Hero-themed land that opened on June 4, 2021.


Avengers Campus, located in Disney’s California Adventure is dedicated to training the next generation of Super Heroes and features a brand new ride, WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure.

Enhanced hotel room upgrades have been in full swing at many of the Walt Disney World Resorts.


In the summer of 2021, Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort (a longtime favorite for many guests) revealed a new look with Moana-inspired accents and lots of tropical South Pacific decor.


Plus, the rooms at Disney's Contemporary Resort now feature your favorite superhero family, The Incredibles!

In the Fall of 2021, the new Disney After Hours BOO BASH event occurred on select nights at Magic Kingdom Park.


This spooky festival included Halloween-themed cavalcades, character sightings, special performances, décor, lighting, music and treat stops with plenty of candy!


Plus, November and December also brought Disney Very Merriest After Hours, a nighttime event where guests could celebrate the joyous holiday season!
